About Me

I’ve been running tabletop roleplaying games for over twenty-two years, ever since family friends from my parents’ EverQuest II guild introduced me to the hobby when I was eleven. What truly hooked me, though, came later — running games for my high school friends and realizing that Dungeon Mastering gave me a front-row seat to people at their best.

Around the table, I saw creativity, humor, heroism, self-sacrifice, and above all, sincerity. That’s what keeps me running games to this day. Every session teaches me something new — about storytelling, about collaboration, and about myself.

At my table, the only thing I care about is whether you had fun, made lasting memories, and deepened your friendships. I believe D&D works best when dissimilar people feel safe enough to collaborate creatively and share emotionally. Players can always expect to be heard, and to have their unique vision of heroism honored.

My games are player-driven and consequence-driven — not because I want to punish mistakes, but because your choices matter. The tone is cozy but intense: welcoming and supportive, yet full of meaningful stakes. I’m not here to tell a story to you. My role is to build a world with enough depth and verisimilitude that your actions naturally create the narrative.

I don’t believe it takes much for strangers to become a party. D&D is essentially a collaborative problem-solving course: when everyone’s voice is honored, trust forms quickly. If I do anything beyond presenting the world, it’s acting as a moderator — making sure every player contributes to each scene before we move forward, and that no one gets lost in the background.

I run games both online (Roll20 with Discord for voice) and in person, hosted at public venues or in private homes, anywhere in the world. I especially love running for new players. Newcomers tend to look to the scenario — not their character sheets — for solutions, and that instinct leads to some of the most creative and memorable moments I’ve ever seen at the table.

We can’t play like children unless we can communicate like adults. Boundaries are respected. People who speak up are heard. My door is always open, and there is zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind.

Outside the table, I’m a lifelong fan of Conan the Barbarian. Living in the same Texas hill country that inspired Robert E. Howard’s work, I still think The Tower of the Elephant is the perfect D&D one-shot — elegant, dangerous, and quietly profound.

If you’re looking for a table where curiosity is rewarded, creativity matters, and every action carries weight — I’d be honored to run a game for you.
