Drakkenheim is a fallen city — but it is not empty.

Once a shining jewel, it is now a poisoned, contested ruin fought over by factions with competing visions for its future. Wealth, forbidden magic, and terrible secrets lie scattered through its streets, and every expedition carries both opportunity and risk.

This is a true sandbox campaign. You choose how deeply to engage with politics, which factions to support or oppose, and whether to pursue structured objectives or carve your own path through open exploration. The city does not guide you — it reacts to you.

Combat is dangerous. Exploration is risky. Faction entanglements have consequences that ripple outward. Failure can be lethal if you are careless, and survival often comes at a psychological cost. Yet Drakkenheim is also deeply rewarding for players who plan, adapt, and take ownership of their choices.

The city does not care who you are — only what you do.
